Thank you for considering Lao Lao Bar for your upcoming event! We are excited to accommodate you and make your event a memorable one. We have a few different larger party bookings options for you.

Private Dining Room PDR

Comfortably accommodates 14 guests (16 guests max)

The Room: The private dining room is located off of our main dining room. You have the option to keep the velvet curtains open to experience the vibrant energy of the restaurant, or close the curtains for a more intimate private dining experience.

Booking Times: We offer two seating times, 5:00pm or 8:00pm.

Menu Style: This private dining experience is curated to highlight our house favourites and is best enjoyed family style with our sharing menu. We are happy to accommodate most dietary restrictions.

Food and Beverage minimum spends are as follows: 

Sunday-Wednesday $800 prior to tax and 20% gratuity 

Thursday-Saturday $1200 prior to tax and 20% gratuity

Payment: We recommend a single bill for the group however we’re able to accommodate individual checks for drinks.

Dietary Restrictions: If your party has any dietary restrictions, please email events@laolaobar.com to coordinate changes to your sharing menu.

Cancellation Fee: Please note that a $10/person cancellation fee will be applied if the reservation is canceled within 48 hours.

Private Event Space Down Lao

Comfortably accommodates 30 guests seated, or 50 guests for a cocktail reception.

Booking Times are a 4-hour period during our operating hours:

Sunday - Thursday: 4:30pm-10:00pm

Friday - Saturday: 4:30pm - 11:00pm

*Please feel free to inquire about extending these hours. We would be happy to discuss that option with you further.

Menu style: Pre-set menu. Family Style Dining Service for seated groups of up to 30 guests.

Cocktail Style, Passed Appetizers Service offered for groups 20-50 mostly standing room.

Minimum Spend:

Sunday to Tuesday: $3,000 (this includes an $800 room rental and staffing fee and $2,200 food and beverage minimum)

Wednesday to Saturday: $4,200 (this includes an $800 room rental and staffing fee and a $3,400 food and beverage minimum)

Taxes and 20% gratuity are applied in addition to the food and beverage minimum spend.

To secure your preferred event date we require a credit card on file. Please note that a $10/person cancellation fee will be applied if the reservation is canceled within 48 hours.

For a seated dinner, we offer a pre-set menu served in a family-style format. We kindly request that you provide your menu selections and any dietary restrictions at least 7 days prior to the event.
